My book club had our Christmas party in the private room at SOB. I have been trying to get here for a while, so I was glad to have the opportunity to do so. Logan and David took excellent care of us! All suggestions they made were spot on and they were very attentive. My friend and I split several items (appetizers and sides). Everything i tried was delicious but I've been craving the raclette and crab cake. The cocktails were positively delightful and everything had such a good presentation.

Fantastic experience, service, food quality/taste and overall atmosphere. I started with the shrimp cocktail. Very interesting. How they place a char on the shrimp was very good. My entree was the French dip with fries, hands-down the best French dip I've ever had. The eclectic decor is a little unusual, but nonetheless interesting and certainly a conversational piece during your dinner. I sat at the bar and the two female bartenders were very friendly and attentive. Overall, a very nice experience at SOB.

Higher prices come with higher expectations and SOB almost met that bar. The food was a step above. I was impressed with my app and my entree. The dessert however was not prepared well. The service was also less than perfect. We were waiting quite a bit after we ordered for our food to receive it. Our server was lovely but perhaps everyone else was a bit too nosey. We are cute little introverts and management was just being a touch too friendly. We do plan to come back again once our wallets recover.

ABSOLUTELY SUPERB! I tried butter pecan ice cream for the first time at this restaurant, and it was amazing! No other store or restaurant in Ohio sells or serves better butter pecan ice cream than this restaurant (just my opinion). LOVED IT, LOVED IT, LOVED IT!!!

WOW!!! Our first experience at SOB was outstanding. Emily was our server, she went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top notch. We started the evening with cocktails. I had a blackberry cosmo, my husband had a Smoke Show. The presentation on that drink was fun. We then had the, Heck Yes I Want Bread app, it came with a garlic butter candle. For dinner, I chose to get the Composed Filet plus a poached lobster tail, which came with whipped potatoes and asparagus. My husband got the Australian Wagyu filet. He ordered some sides which were very large portions and we both enjoyed them. Mac N Cheese pancake which is served with a habanero syrup, was out of this world and very cheesy. The A&R Famous Brussel Sprouts were wonderful. They had a sweet but savory taste with almonds which I have never had a dish like this before. Lastly, he ordered the Au Gratin potatoes. They were very good. We will have lots of yummy leftovers for lunch tomorrow. We had to save room for dessert. Emily bought out a complimentary dessert to celebrate our anniversary. She took our photo and had a beautiful hand written card for us. The show stopper was definitely the desserts. I ordered the Go Bananas. It was a take on a bananas foster with flaming rum. My husband ordered The Black Cold Forest Cake. It came out with a dry ice experience. The tree was topped with house made cotton candy. I will add a video for you to enjoy of the presentation. Lastly, every area of this restaurant is a piece of art. Murals lined the walls and ceilings. Amazing sculptures and chandeliers filled the space. It was top notch. We will be back for sure.

We had an exceptional experience for our first time at SOB! Our server, Matt, was very knowledgable about the steaks and gave us great recommendations for each course. We ultimately went with the Japanese crab cakes for an appetizer, the domestic wagyu filet, the Brussel sprouts, the au gratin potatoes, and the go bananas dessert. All of it was phenomenal, though our winners were definitely the crab cakes, steak, and bananas dessert; we found both side dishes to be a bit oily. From start to finish, our dining experience did take about 2.5 hours due to a large party that night, and the wait for food felt a bit long because there wasn't music playing for most of the time we were there. The friendliness of the waiter and the quality of the food will have us returning!

Food Delicious Cobb salad yum, Brussel sprouts yummy and Cowboy just like Texas everything BIG JUICY AND TASTES magnificent. This place was over the Top Tier will go again prices are worth the taste!! Our waiter he had a unique name oops I forgot shame on me but he was great he offered, explained, and executed. Cleanliness was over and beyond on 7/13/24

How do you know if a steak is wagyu? I don't know for sure, but it didn't have the clean or tender bite I am accustomed to for my Wagyu. However, it was still a great steak. It had the texture/chew of a really great prime with a beefy taste of a good steak. It just didn't taste or feel like Wagyu... so I can't take a star off that. My point is to make sure anyone thats more experienced than me to keep a lookout. It could also just be an off day or maybe it was just me. Came here on Memorial Day. It wasn't too busy. Perfectly cooked steak. They seem to always serve their bread trays with too little bread. However, you can get crostini and no extra charge. Our waitress is was friendly. One of the tip sirloin on the meat and bread tray had a large tendon, but otherwise it was good. We ordered three side dishes for the two of us. All great: corn brûlée, haricot verts, and whipped potatoes. For dessert we ordered the tiramisu which they use sponge cake instead of lady fingers. It was very good.

Came here for our Anniversary Dinner on a Saturday night and it was crowded! I was thankful we made a reservation, but we probably could have snuck in as a party of 2 if we had needed to. For our meal we opted for the Million $ Eggs ($15) as an appetizer to share, then the Filet SOB ($70) which was one of their composed filet's, the A&R Famous Brussel Sprouts ($15) and the Australian Wagyu NY Strip Steak ($90) at the recommendation from our waiter who said it was a new add to the menu. The Wagyu was amazing and worth the $. The filet was similar to other filets I have had, I wished there was more seasoning to it. All the sides were very tasty as well and the brussel sprouts deserve their title of "famous." I appreciated that they listed allergies on their menu (i.e. GF/V) so it made it very easy for us to order. We opted for the valet parking as I was pleasantly surprised that it was reasonably priced! We were able to tell our server at the end of our meal what our ticket # was and they had our car waiting for us when we walked out the door which was exceptional. Overall we had a good meal and would come back for the wagyu in a fun eclectic atmosphere!

True rating - 4.5. Lucky for us, our anniversary lands on Valentine's Day so our anniversary dinner is always a busy night! SOB knocked it out if the park for us. The ambiance at SOB is like no other and I love that they take the time to explain it all to you. This place is absolutely covered in unique art and there are over 100 custom made chandeliers. Each room is completely unique from the other so each time you go, you can have a different vibe. Every detail of this spot is fun and unique, from getting to pick out your own special knife for your steak, to having a menu that opens like a book- this isn't a boring steakhouse. Now for the food and service, both are top notch. Our server (and other servers) were very helpful and attentive. Giving us all the details on each item and making sure we would be happy with our choices. When the food took a minute to come out, he was checking in and keeping us updated which I love so much more than a server who avoids you in that situation. Even with all the gimmick and fun, the food knocked it out of the park. I got the prime rib which was absolutely massive and juicy, cooked to perfection. The SIDES. I could go on and on about the sides because they were so good. When you go, just trust me, get the Brussel sprouts. They were the best Brussels I've had in my life. To top it off, they gave us a nice little anniversary dessert, though we were much too full to eat it. Anywho, for your next occasion I think you would love SOB.
